- If you have forgotten your password, tap on the Forgot Password? link on the Login screen.
- Enter your registered mobile number to which One Time Password (OTP) will be sent.
- On Verify Mobile screen, enter the OTP/Verification Code.
- Verify your mobile number and proceed to create a new Password.
- Remember that your password should contain minimum of six characters.
If you want to change your First name or Last name you can do it from the app.
Go to MY ACCOUNT under app menu
- Tap Name field to edit.
- Tap Save after editing and your name will be updated.
- Go to MY ACCOUNT under app menu.
- Tap PASSWORD field.
- In Change Password screen enter your current password and the new password.
- Tap Save and your password will be updated.
Go to MY ACCOUNT under app menu.
- Tap Email ID field to edit.
- Tap Save after editing and your Email ID will be updated.
Go to MY account under app menu.
- Tap Deactivate Accout and then on the next screen Enter your Login password to confirm deactivation.
-Upon deactivation, all personal and vehicle details registered with the app will be deleted.
Go to MY ACCOUNT under app menu.
- Tap MOBILE NUMBER field and enter your new number.
- Tap Save. You will be asked to verify your new mobile number with a One Time Password (OTP) which we will SMS to the new number.
- Once you provide the OTP in the app, your mobile number will be updated.
Please check the following if you're having trouble signing up:
- Please make sure you are connected to the internet.
- If your email ID or mobile number is already registered on DaddysRoad, please Sign-In instead of Sign-Up.
- If you do not remember your password, you can tap Forgot Password? link on the Sign-In page.
- You cannot have multiple DaddysRoad accounts with the same email ID or mobile number.

If you are having trouble verifying your mobile number, please check the following :
- Make sure that you have the latest DaddysRoad app installed from your phone's app store.
- Check that the mobile number that you have entered is correct.
- The mobile number is active and is receiving SMS messages from other numbers.

If you are trying to login with your email ID and you are unable to login, you can now try to login with your registered mobile number.

Verify by entering the OTP sent to your mobile number. Once verified, you can proceed to Reset Your Password by creating the new password on your app. You can then login with this new password.

One Time Password (OTP) to help you reset your password would be sent instantly on your mobile number. If you do not receive the OTP, please check the mobile number entered is registered with your DaddysRoad account. You can retry by entering your mobile number once again and requesting for a new OTP.
If the registered mobile number is correct, then the delay in receiving SMS with OTP details could be due to some technical issues.
- If you are receiving an error message saying mobile number already registered, it could be because there is an existing account with this mobile number. You can Sign-In with new number and proceed with Forgot Password? option.
- If you have never used your mobile number to create DaddysRoad account, please let us know.
Please mention :
- Your email address and current mobile number associated with your DaddysRoad account.
- Your new mobile number (the mobile number you would like to register).
- The error message you see on the screen when you try to change the mobile number.
SMS messages are sent to your registered mobile number. Please make sure that your mobile number is active and is receiving SMS messages from other numbers.
If you are still not receiving SMS messages, please tell us about it:
If your account is blocked, You will not be able to use DaddysRoad app.
Your account might get temporarily blocked if you send wrong notifications to other vehicle contacts. However, in this case, your account will be unblocked after 24 hours and you will be able to use the app.
Your account might be permanently blocked if:
- We suspect that your DaddysRoad account is being misused.
- There has been a violation of DaddysRoad's Terms of Service.
If you think that your account has been incorrectly blocked, please tell us about it:
While trying to sign up for a new DaddysRoad account , if you are receiving an error message saying mobile number already registered, it could be because there is an existing account with this mobile number. You can Sign-In with new number and proceed with Forgot Password? option.

All DaddysRoad accounts must have an email address and verified mobile number associated with the account to use this app.
If you're trying to change your email ID from MyAccount but receiving an error, It could be because you have entered an invalid Email format.

If you suspect that someone has accessed or is using your DaddysRoad account without authorization, your account may be compromised.
Indications of a compromised account include :
- New and Unknown vehicle registrations.
- New and unknown reminders set.
- Unknown documents uploaded.
- Unrecoganised emergency contacts added.
- Your account information being changed without your knowledge.
- being unable to log into your account.
If you are able to login to your account, please change your password from My Account under the Menu on the right top. Please be sure that your password is new and unique.
If you are unable to login to your account, please let us know at support@DaddysRoad.com and provide the following information, so that we may investigate and assist further :
- First name
- Last name
- Email ID
- Mobile number
- Description: why do you think someone has access to your account? What information has changed? Please include as many details as possible.
We constantly update with the Make & Model of new vehicle releases on DaddysRoad application list.
If you still can’t find the Make & Model, please do let us know.

You can add your vehicle details by entering the vehicle Registration number/License plate number, Make and Model. All these are mandatory fields to add vehicle into your DaddysRoad account.
Registration number filed should not contain any special characters. (eg: KA03MW2446)
Your vehicle Make and Model can be selected from the lists. This has to be selected correct to avoid mismatch / wrong registration.
While adding a vehicle to your account if you’re getting the error message that 'This vehicle is already registered';
It is because another user has already registered this vehicle in DaddysRoad App.
If you are the true owner and the vehicle belongs to you, then you can Claim This Vehicle and we will look into this issue within 48 hours.

From next screen you can DELETE the vehicle
Deleting a vehicle will result in all other related documents which are uploaded under that particular vehicle as well the set reminders.
During an accident/emergency situation, others can inform the same to the persons saved under your emergency contacts. [You can assign up to 2 mobile numbers as emergency contacts].
A witness can search your vehicle number on DaddysRoad and tap on report accident.
The mobile numbers you assign under emergency contacts will receive a help request through SMS along with the senders contact number.
One could then call the sender of the accident/emergency report and know the whereabouts.
To Add contacts, tap on the EMERGENCY CONTACT and from next page tap on ADD CONTACT to select and assign contact.
You cannot Edit, but only Delete and add a new contact
To Delete a contact you have added, tap on the EMERGENCY CONTACT and from next page tap on the Delete ICON on the right side of the contact.

The assigned contact do have a valid mobile number under active service.
The mobile number you have added do receive SMS from other numbers.
The mobile is in ON position. If the mobile is switched Off, then the SMS will get delivered when it is switched back On.
Check the mobile number you have assigned is the correct number of the desired person.

In the next screen, select the reminder period of 25, 15 or 5 days

You can add up to 5 images of driving license.

You can view your driving license copy from the app anytime even if not connected to internet.

You can send upto 2 notifications to a vehicle user in 24 hours.
Upon sending wrong notification, your account may get blocked for misusing the app.
Please check your internet connection.
You can send upto ONLY 2 notifications to a vehicle user in 24 hours. You may have already sent 2 notifications.
This feature might be temporarily blocked based on user’s complaint for misusing the app functionality.
It could be that the vehicle user has registered incorrectly.

You can SEND a notification by;
Search for a vehicle and select a reason for sending notiification
You will be notified when the vehicle user recieve the notification message you have sent.
To RECEIVE any vehicle notifications, you need to add/register your vehicle details with DaddysRoad app.
You do not need to be online to recive a notification. In the case of you being offline, DaddysRoad app will deliver the notification through SMS.

Recepient do not need to be online to recive a notification you sent.
In the case of recepient being offline, DaddysRoad app will deliver the notification through SMS.
It might be a vehicle number typo error by the sender.
If you repeatedly receive a wrong notification, do let us know by tapping on the Report User link below the received notification and we will warn the sender.
This will also result in daddysRoad app blocking notification feature of wrong notofication sender.

You can link QR decal by;
Add your vehicle number and other details after downloading and signing up in the app.
Click on the QR Decal buttom under the listed vehicle
From the popup, click 'Link QR decal'.
Scan the QR decal to get linked
If a mistake happen while linking the QR decal;
1) Click on the QR Decal buttom under the listed vehicle
2) From the popup, click 'Unlink QR decal'. (This will release the QR decal from under any particular vehicle.)
3) Now link the QR decal to the correct vehicle number registered in your DaddysRoad app.
To unlink a QR decal;
1) Click on the QR Decal buttom under the listed vehicle
2) From the popup, click 'Unlink QR decal'. (This will release the QR decal from under any particular vehicle.)

Unlink the QR decal from under the listed vehicle in your app which you have sold. To do that;
1) Click on the QR Decal buttom under the listed vehicle
2) From the popup, click 'Unlink QR decal'. (This will release the QR decal from under any particular vehicle.)
After unlinking, click on the edit button under the particular listed vehicle which got sold and from the popup, select the option to Delete the particular vehicle.
If your QR code decal is damaged, please tell us about it by mentioning your contact number along with the licence plate number of the registered vehicle:
